GlobalGiving: Helps People Find Charity Projects around the Globe

Global Giving is an online fundraising organization that helps you find hundreds of charity projects around the globe. Finding a charity project that you are passionate about is easy. Plus, all the projects they showcase are prescreened to make sure that they are genuine.

The donations made through them are completely tax deductible. That’s not all, the donor gets updates regarding the project and how their donation has made a difference. It takes 60 days for the donations to reach their destination. Global Giving makes sure that 85% of every donation reaches its destination, unlike other charity organization that charge almost up to 40%. Their donation process is purely based on a web application, which can be accessed from any device with a web-browser.

Video Review:

At multiple locations on their site you can find an explainer video that shows how the entire donation process works. Here are some notable features of this video:

  • Cartoon-like 2D animation has been used to make it fun to watch.
  • Their corporate colors orange, yellow, blue, green and brown have been carefully placed and used throughout the video. This has been done subtly to reinforce their brand without making it apparent to the viewer.
  • Motion graphics have been used to explain the donation process.
  • Snapshot of their website is included.

The video is so fun and interesting to watch that it makes one want to instantly log-on and make a donation. People have developed an interest in their project because of their startup videos.

Global giving made a good donation to their videos to make it looks better than traditional nonprofit organization.

  2. Caden says:

You genuinely make it appear so simple with your presentation but I locate this topic to be truly something which I feel I would never realize. It appears too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
